Climatic tests

Climatic tests
These tests are designed to assess product deformation when subjected to differential climatic conditions (one climate on one side, a different climate on the other) or successive uniform conditions. They may be supplemented by an assessment of air permeability before and after exposure, mechanical characteristics (operating forces, axial torsion resistance, bracing, hard and heavy impact, soft and heavy impact, etc.).

Equipped with climate chambers that can be adjusted for temperature, relative humidity and even radiant panels (infrared), FCBA’s Testing & Simulation Laboratory can meet your requirements for differential climate testing, i.e. standard climate b, c or e, or ‘successive uniform’ testing.

For these tests, it is possible to combine air permeability checks before and after testing, or mechanical characteristic tests such as: axial torsion resistance, bracing, hard and heavy impact, soft and heavy impact, etc.
