The Testing & Simulation Laboratory conducts fire reaction tests for applications in the construction industry (Euroclass, classifications A2-s1, d0 to F) and interior design (classification M, on flexible materials thicker than 5 mm and on rigid materials).

It is also possible to determine the fire reaction stability of fire-retardant wood according to its area of use (dry interior, damp interior, sheltered exterior or exterior).

Determining the mobilisable combustible mass of a product is also part of our expertise. We can also determine a material’s propensity to smoulder.
