Microscopic analysis of materials

Samples supplied by the customer are prepared to suit the analysis and the objective. Different methods are available depending on requirements: surface observation, thickness observation, detection of specific compounds (possible depending on compounds).

This approach can also be used to identify the origin of defects observed during the use or development of materials. These may be due to biological, chemical or mechanical attack. In particular, the origin of fractures can be traced thanks to such observations.
