Production of biomass-based demonstrator panels

This production of materials from a test substrate makes use of FCBA ITF's skills in producing demonstration panels from a variety of materials.
FCBA has developed expertise in the valorization of wood co-products. These methods can be transposed more widely to different types of existing biomass, to bio-sourced or non-bio-sourced co-products, as well as to recycled products.
The tests require sufficient quantities of materials for the production of the materials, as well as the identification of an adhesive-type binder.
This service can be provided under the conditions set by the client, or as part of a research service aimed at optimizing production conditions.
One option is to characterize the performance, particularly the mechanical performance, of the materials produced.
