The draft decree on the specifications of the eco-organisations of the extended producer responsibility (EPR) sector for construction products and materials in the building sector (PMCB) describes the various provisions that will fall under the action of the eco-organisations. This draft order was submitted to the professionals concerned by the EPR PMCB through a public consultation. The decree should be published in the first weeks of the summer.
