Recognition that, according to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulation ATCM 93120, certifies the classification of the formaldehyde content HCHO (formaldehyde) of wood-based panels intended for furniture.

Formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood products under Title VI of the “Toxic Substances Control Act” (US Federal Toxic Chemical Control Act TSCA) and the implementing regulations under 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 770.
