Webinar replay: AGEC Act, anticipating the constraints, seizing the opportunities

Watch the full webinar on the AGEC Act on 6 April 2021.

The anti-waste law for a circular economy (known as AGEC) was published in February 2020. It is divided into 6 main chapters:

  • Strategic objectives for the management and prevention of waste production
  • Consumer information
  • Promoting re-use and re-cycling as well as the functionality and service economy in the context of the fight against waste
  • Producer responsibility
  • The fight against illegal dumping
  • Miscellaneous provisions

The aim of this webinar is to present you with the main aspects of the AGEC law that will have an impact on the production and distribution of your products. Providing information to the consumer, for example, means that you must have properly prepared the eco-design plan for your product and its environmental display (characteristics and performance). In order to take the right turn today and meet the requirements of the law, we invite you to follow the replay of this webinar, the programme of which you can discover below.

Program :

  • The objectives of the AGEC law
  • Consumer information: the environmental performance characteristics of products and Triman labelling
  • Management of unsold products
  • Producer responsibility
  • Q&A
