Woodrise Alliance Scientific Webinar

On 5 October, during the 4th annual meeting of the international scientific network of the Woodrise Alliance, the idea of organising thematic webinars on the main challenges and priorities in terms of research was born. This is an opportunity for the 24 members of the Alliance to meet on a regular basis and to promote, on an international scale, the development of wood solutions for sustainable construction, to identify and promote good practices in terms of the use of wood, from the forest to the recycling of structures.

The 1st webinar is open to all, with a limit of 200 people. It will focus on the dynamics of structures induced by wind gusts.
Presentations will be given by the RISE Research Institute in Sweden, InnoRenew in Slovenia, FPInnovations and the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
Jean-Luc Kouyoumji and Thomas Catterou from the FCBA Institute of Technology will participate in the round table discussion.
Industrialists and students interested in this topic are also invited to participate.
