Study of uses and innovations Restoration

Innovate with relevance in an environment where uses are both anchored and disrupted by the health crisis we are experiencing. This document is the first part of a study conducted by the FCBA Innovation team on current and future uses in the catering sector, taking into account the changes imposed by the health situation. This first part presents a complete study of the uses of this sector, with an analysis of the pre- and post-COVID problems, supported by testimonies.
